Boxing is a language. We teach the alphabet first: stance, guard, jab, breath, and footwork. Add defense, then combinations. Pressure only when you’re ready.

Is this good for complete beginners?

Absolutely. We specialize in beginners and returning athletes. We start with stance, jab, guard, and footwork — then progress at your pace.

Do you do sparring?

Sparring is optional and not part of standard sessions. Our focus is fundamentals, padwork, and controlled situational drills.

What gear do I need?

We have loaner gloves and wraps for trials. For ongoing training: 12–16oz gloves, hand wraps, and a mouthguard if you opt into drills requiring it.

Vancouver, BC. Exact studio location shared upon booking. Mobile/park sessions possible in fair weather.
